Registered Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy aids in maintaining or rehabilitating physical function. The Massage Therapist will assess your soft tissues and joints, provide treatment, reassess, and suggest prevention techniques to help in your homecare routine.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to restore the balance of energy flow, known as Qi. This stimulates the nervous system, releasing natural pain-relieving chemicals and promoting healing. It is believed to improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and treat various conditions.

Counselling / Mental Health

Counselling is a process where an individual is met with a trained professional counsellor to talk about issues and struggles that they are facing in their lives. It is confidential and non-judgmental, and can provide the space for the opportunity to share views, be heard and gain new perspectives on the individual's situation and experiences. Helping to gain clarity on their surrounding issues.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna sessions will leave you feeling grounded and detoxified. Far infrared rays heat you from the core working outward to aid in proper detoxification. Our website lists the many health benefits of Infrared Sauna Therapy.

Body and Energy Work

Energy Work helps to identify energetic blockages within your system. Intuitively clearing these blockages and helping to bring awareness to them and potential root cause(s), creates space for healing and energy to flow more freely within the body. Leaving you feeling revitalized and relaxed with clarity, reassurance and connected to your overall well-being.

Non Registered Massage Therapy

Non registered massage therapy, or body work is a great alternative for those who are looking for a relaxing, calming and Swedish style massage. It is a more affordable option for those who do not have insurance coverage or would like to stop in for a less intense and a more relaxing massage session.
